● establishing branch offices in Hong Kong for the PRC and overseas companies.

● acting as company secretary and providing on-going secretarial services to HK and oversea incorporated companies;
● providing Hong Kong registered office address for HK companies;
● assisting clients in complying with reporting requirements under the Companies Ordinance;
● preparing documents related to corporate restructuring such as change of company name, change of share capital, shares transfer, change of director and change of registered office address;
● arrange to have the corporate documents of overseas companies (for example: BVI and Samoa) to be authenticated and legalized by the Chinese Embassy;
● assisting in opening bank accounts for Hong Kong and overseas companies.
